Mr B Chipadza holds a bachelor of laws Hons (LLB) from the University of Zimbabwe. He has over 9 years’ experience in the legal environment with 3 years spent in the commercial field and the6 years in private practice. Mr Chipadza’s area of interest is labour, law, corporate and commercial law, company law, mergers & acquisitions, trade and investment law. He has a growing general litigation practice where his experience includes: drafting of pleadings for court and arbitration, proceedings in civil matters, and drafting and review of agreements related to trade and investment.
